To develop a concept for a short-stay compound with multifaceted applications, including its use as a quarantine facility. At the height of Covid, Gabbert Design was engaged to design a fast-tracked Quarantine Hub to house isolated immigration detainees. The project would need to be a rapid response and hence a modular construction module was used.
