To create a development master plan for the Bartalumbar region of Groote Eylandt cantered on transitioning from a mine-based economy to a future sustainable agriculturally based economy. Gabbert Design developed an overall pathway with multiple stages of development occurring simultaneously for Groote Holdings Aboriginal Corporation owned by the Anindilyakwa Land Council whilst ensuring continued engagement and consultation with Traditional Owners.
