Gabbert Design prepared a high-level subdivision master plan to accommodate residential allotments aligned with the required accommodation matrix. The project integrated pre-designed housing modules supplied by a nominated builder into the overall master plan. Conceptual amenities and shared facilities were incorporated at a strategic level, supported by base mapping, site analysis and subdivision layout planning. Gabbert Design coordinated with the client and relevant consultants to refine the layout and deliver a clear, presentation-ready subdivision concept suitable for early feasibility assessment and stakeholder review.
