To develop a retail master plan concept for stage 1 of the Milton street retail precinct. Gabbert Design worked closely with the Mackay development group in designing a staged big box retail solution.

  • Providing spatial planning to allow for key big box anchor tenants.


  • The site had to accommodate mixed use development whilst being flexible to meet market tenant requirements.


  • Considerations of pedestrian links within the precinct.
