TYRE MAX

OSGOOD DRIVE

To design a light industrial site to accommodate a potential Tyre Max franchise within the Darwin International Airport Environs. The concept study had to be of a sufficient detail to demonstrate that the site could sufficiently accommodate the building and traffic requirements of Tyre Max and their customer base of varying vehicular sizes.

  • The facility needed to have small showroom, office, workshop and large warehouse for tyre storage. 


  • Ability to accommodate varying vehicular sizes on site. 


  • Required a ramped loading dock.
