To provide a 3D development master plan of the site allowing the client Land Development Corporation to showcase the varied potential of the precinct to interstate and local investors.

  • Use of digital photogrammetry of the existing site with 3D design overlay to create a functional and aesthetically compelling concept.


  • Emphasis was placed on providing a holistic and forward-thinking urban solution using 3D facilities to showcase varied site uses.
