Darwin Ship Lift

Project Brief

Gabbert Design was engaged to convert the existing ship lift plans into 3D concepts which could be used to showcase the project. Our visualization and animation were used to convey the potential, functionality and merit of the ship lift facility. We worked closely with the department in developing a functional representation of the facility.

Project Outcomes

• Gabbert Design worked closely with all stakeholders to ensure our concept accurately conveyed the function of the facility.
• Animated site model, showing the function and movements within the facility.
• Creation of movie and context for use.
• Selection of precinct renderings for use in marketing and industry publications.
