RIRRATJINGU ABORIGINAL CORPORATION COMMUNITY PLAN

Develop for the Rirratjingu Aboriginal Corporation a main headquarters with lettable office tenancies for the broader community. The design was based around the utilising the wet mess building previously owned by Rio Tinto corporation which was completely stripped and taken back to the frame in order to allow complete revitalisation of the structure.

  • Engagement process with Traditional Owners and stakeholders.


  • The development was staged to allow the RAC to have occupancy of the headquarters.


  • A master plan was provided including on-site accommodation for business professionals and RAC staff as required.


  • The project has been classed as a success and features a fully tenanted   development entirely managed by Traditional Owners.
