Create a functional and culturally appropriate early learning facility as part of the Commonwealth Governments' CFC initiative. The centre had to be flexible, providing multiple purposes and a range of services for the community. The delivery of the family centre with a streamlined design process, emphasized efficient project management and a quick turnaround to deliver to the community's urgent needs.

  • Create a multipurpose facility that can seamlessly integrate a wide spectrum of services and programs. 


  • A culturally appropriate learning environment, ensuring that spaces were thoughtfully crafted to enhance cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. 


  • Provide an environment that is not only one of the highest quality but also nurturing and engaging, fostering positive experiences for all who interact within the space. 


  • A strong emphasis on external landscaping to enable the design to go beyond aesthetics and actively contribute to interactive learning outcomes, integrating nature into the built environment.
