To design and construct a versatile youth trade training facility in Palmerston incorporating state-of-the-art amenities and specialized areas for various trades such as mechanics, electrical, construction, hospitality, and electro-tech whilst fostering an environment conducive to effective skill development and education. This project aimed to provide a cutting-edge,   adaptable space that met the evolving needs of the next-generation workforce, promoting hands-on learning and innovation across multiple disciplines.
