To create a quick-service retail site to accommodate a potential McDonald’s franchise within the

Darwin International Airport Environs. The QSR concept study had to be of a sufficient detail to demonstrate that the site could sufficiently accommodate the building and traffic requirements of a McDonald’s franchise.

  • Provided detailed site model demonstrating the capacity of the site to accommodate franchise needs and requirements.


  • Detailed model demonstrated traffic flow and movements in and out of the site.


  • Design met the strict requirements of the Mcdonalds franchise building guidelines.
