Situated in Bees Creek, Litchfield Council’s Netball stadium recognises the shortage of netball facilities that cater for after-school training and competitions. 

Consultation with key stakeholders led to the development of a concept for a covered netball/ basketball stadium, open courts and amenities for players and spectators which serviced the growing needs of the Southern Districts Community. 

The design featured a trussed undercover stadium with retractable basketball hoops, fans, lights and new toilets, changeroom facilities, canteen and storage.
