To create a quick-service retail site to accommodate a potential Guzman y Gomez franchise on the Corner of the Osgood Drive located within the Darwin International Airport precinct. The QSR concept study had to be of a sufficient detail to demonstrate that the site could sufficiently accommodate the building and traffic requirements of Guzman y Gomez guidelines.
