Engagement process with Traditional Owners and stakeholders.
Multiple staged simultaneous development.
Coordination of environmental and cultural aspects around the long-term leasing.
3D master plan to allow and facilitate a better understanding of the project objectives through a visual process.
Each lease/project within the master plan was detailed to a high level to enable more accurate project costings.
The project required a vast array of knowledge on a range of business models ranging from aquaculture and truss plants to vehicle maintenance to name a few.
