To design and construct a helicopter hangar, incorporating state-of-the-art engineering and safety features, while optimising space and functionality to provide a secure and efficient facility for the storage and maintenance of helicopters. DIA was tasked with converting the existing Bond Hangar into an operating fully equipped 24 hr Aircraft facility servicing an offshore petroleum industry in the NT. The existing hangar needed to meet updated   aviation maintenance standards and practices.
