To design an innovative concept on behalf of DIA for an expression of interest for a Commonwealth grant. The design had to provide 6000 m2 net lettable area of office space in a modern working environment that connected to an internal landscape courtyard providing a dynamic and cohesive business hub. The building had to incorporate the latest in end of trip facilities.
