To deliver a functional and uplifting fit out for BW Offshore, the design focused on enhancing staff amenity and workplace flow. A new kitchen and communal zone—anchored by a curved bench seat for shared meals and team gatherings—was introduced, alongside new private offices and open-plan workstations to support a dynamic work environment.
