Gabbert Design prepared a high-level subdivision master plan to accommodate residential allotments aligned with the required accommodation matrix. The scope included the integration of pre-designed housing modules provided by a nominated builder into the overall master plan, without involvement in the detailed design or cost planning of the residential accommodation.
The master plan incorporated conceptual amenities and shared facilities at a strategic level only, supported by base mapping, site analysis and subdivision layout planning. Gabbert Design coordinated with the client and relevant consultants to refine the layout and deliver a clear, presentation-ready subdivision concept suitable for early feasibility and stakeholder review.
Subdivision master planning to accommodate an indicative residential yield of approximately 110 two-bedroom dwellings and 70 three-bedroom dwellings, aligned with the accommodation matrix.
