To relocate and develop the proposed aircraft assembly plant for AAI to a site located in East Arm’s industrial waterside precinct. The concept had to provide a functional design that aligned with the assembly process.

  • Considerations of working and building in a marine environment and it's challenges.


  • The aircraft interface required a fluid connection between airside and waterside.


  • Hangar and assembly plant design around operational process.
