SCOPE
To develop a master plan for the Cairns Airport business park. The master plan concentrated on QSR & smaller retail infill development. This master plan was a part of the Cairns Airport development plan.
KEY ASPECTS
The site presented challenges with its mixed use tenants.
Complex issues arose from traffic from different zones which was resolved through innovated design solutions.
